As an online tutoring service, AcademicXP follows strict safeguarding measures to ensure student safety:

- All tutoring is conducted via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other secure platforms such as Google Meet.
- Agreement sought to use personal messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Snapchat) for tutoring-related communication.

- For students under 18, a parent/guardian must provide consent before tutoring begins.
- Parents are welcome to attend sessions or review progress reports upon request.
📌 Appropriate Boundaries & Professional Conduct
- Tutors must always act professionally and maintain appropriate language, tone, and behaviour.
- No one-on-one direct communication with students outside of agreed tutoring channels.
- No request for personal information beyond what is necessary for tutoring.
