Agreement sought to use personal messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Snapchat) for tutoring-related communication.
📌 Parental Involvement & Supervision
For students under 18, a parent/guardian must provide consent before tutoring begins.
Parents are welcome to attend sessions or review progress reports upon request.
📌 Appropriate Boundaries & Professional Conduct
Tutors must always act professionally and maintain appropriate language, tone, and behaviour.
No one-on-one direct communication with students outside of agreed tutoring channels.
No request for personal information beyond what is necessary for tutoring.
